Device not getting powered on.


<aside> <img src="/icons/info-alternate_green.svg" alt="/icons/info-alternate_green.svg" width="40px" /> If your device is not turning on immediately after you have unpacked the product, it might be due to the battery drain. Try recharging the device. If the device is not getting charged refer to the section: Device not getting charged.

If your device has suddenly stopped getting switched on, confirm that it is not due to completely drained out battery. If the device is charged and still not getting switched on, check if the device is not connected to any of your devices such as laptop, PC, smartphone, etc. If it is connected to any such devices, simply disconnect it and the Blue LED on the device will start again.

Device not getting charged.


<aside> <img src="/icons/info-alternate_green.svg" alt="/icons/info-alternate_green.svg" width="40px" /> If the Yellow LED which is the charging indicator of the device, is not turning ON even after connecting a charging cable to the device, simply try switching ON the device. Because of overcharge protection circuit, the yellow LED doesn’t switch ON if the device is fully charged.
